Honestly Hakkai could be suited for either the Seelie or Unseelie courts but I'm going to go with Unseelie.

Passion Before Duty.

ABILITIES:
Healing/QiGong/Kikou Jutsu. Hakkai is well versed in healing, one of his abilities being chi manipulation, but also in psychological healing due to his own past and mental scarring. He's the only one of the Ikkou who can calm Sanzo down without getting a gun to his head and often takes on the role of the group's therapist. How well he can heal others with chi is based on the injury itself.

Martial Arts. Hakkai knows how to protect himself and others should the need arise. Though his skills are moderate at best, he sometimes uses his chi manipulation to enforce his actions (the first episode shows him using a Kamehameha like technique).

Demonic Form. The curse of killing a thousand demons in order to rescue his sister/lover (and ultimately failing), Hakkai became a half demon. When his limiters are removed, he gains full demonic abilities like enhanced strength, speed and agility, along with the ability to control the vines that spread out across his body during this time and use them like whips and to ensnare others. This is controlled by his limiters; three cuffs that he keeps on his left ear. He's only taken them off three times and only uses it as an extreme last resort.
